Salad

So I had a salad today and it was good but i just couldn't finish it - I am still hungry but I just can not eat anymore becuase I am really scraed that I will be sick over it and I just do not want to get sick not tonight or anynight for that matter because there is nothing fun about feel ing sick that is for sure.
