Loud

Why ius eerything so loud - I just have such a headache and the lights are hurting my eyes and the sound is hurting my ears I just want o to go to sleep because if I wake up to this then I will just be so miserable tomorrow. The worst thing is to wake up with that headache - I have to go to sleep
